Kristine Strouse was phenomenal to work with, representing me to sell a house that was an estate sale. Complicating the situation was the fact that I (as estate executor) was nearly 900 miles away. She handled everything to prepare the house for market: hiring a company to remove all the contents of the house, followed by a cleaning service to deep clean the home, and also a handyman to install a new handle/lock on the front door. These tasks are just the highlights of all the things she did, over and above duties as the selling agent, and facilitating all of the paperwork long distance. The sale itself went smoothly, she was extremely personable and VERY responsive. I highly recommend Kristine and her team, well done and great job! Pamela Mcdaniel
